Green Tea Hawaii Loyalty Program - Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read the following Loyalty Program terms and conditions, as when you purchase any of the loyalty program products from our web site (www.livegreenteahawaii.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Loyalty Program is designed to automatically reorder an enrolled customer's selected products on a monthly basis. Upon enrolling
in the Loyalty Program, you (the consumer) will select the products you wish to order and agree to have repeat orders of the same selected products
every 30 days thereafter. In return for your enrollment in the Loyalty Program, Live Green Tea Hawaii will supply your selected auto reorder greenteaHAWAII products at a discount price (as noted).
You can cancel the Loyalty Program (auto reorder) at anytime, following your SECOND month of enrollment (Note: there is a $20 fee for cancelling before your 2nd shipment/month; This fee only applies to customers who cancel their loyalty program before their second shipment/month). There is no penalty or cancellation fee for any customer who has been enrolled in the Loyalty Program for more than two consecutive (2) months. You may opt out of the Loyalty Program, we simply ask that you change or cancel your order before we package and prepare your order for shipment (typically 2-3 days before your regular shipment date). Any Loyalty Program orders cancelled after shipment has occurred or after shipment confirmation has been sent will be billed as a completed order and loyalty program cancellation will go into effect immediately to prevent future shipments.

Note: Additional discounts, promo codes and promotions can not be used in conjunction with the Loyalty Program.
The Loyalty Program payment service provider, Paypal, will automatically contact you (the consumer) in the event of an expired or invalid credit or debit card. All credit and debit card transactions will occur upon shipping of the product. If your credit or debit card is declined for any reason, you will have 30 days to provide a new and valid number. After 30 days, your Loyalty Program account may become closed out in our system.
